Due to typographical error in Hon'ble CAT Delhi the date printed in Notices by Hand shown as 26/02/2013 as next date. On 01-02-2013 we received Message through our Advocate that the Date is 06-02-2013 itself as informed earlier. The Corrected Notices delivered to all three Respondents on same day i.e. 01-02-2013. Next date is 06-02-2013 i.e. Wednesday.
