As informed earlier Central
team was visiting Hon'ble Ministry of I&B and Ministry of Law for
pursuing our core issues. Central Office Members have paid regular
visits in the past weeks. We pursued the MIB officials to visit Law Ministry
and explain the issue.
Few days back we were informed by the MIB officials that, Law Ministry is
positive on One Cadre One Pay issue. Today (01-08-2014) as per
information received, the file came back from Law Ministry with a
positive comment
"25/2/1999 Executive Order is not
ineffective because of Prasar Bharati Amendment Act 2012".
As per the Ministry Sources, now the
file will be sent
to Department of Expenditure for further approval.
This is another good News. We once again pledge to pursue all matters with
determination.
When One Cadre One Pay is implemented EA/SEA Merger in 4200 will not be
possible.
