Contempt Petition Hearing in EA(5K) Case in CAT Delhi |

The hearing of Contempt Case in EA (5K) issues held today (13-05-2014) in the Principle Bench, CAT Delhi. The Prasar Bharati Advocate conveyed that they are ready to implement it, while the Advocate present on behalf of the Hon’ble Ministry of I & B sought two weeks time. Due to summer vacations. the next date of hearing is fixed on 4th July 2014. Meanwhile, efforts are on to get the proposal prepared as per the decision taken by the respected CEO in the Meeting with ARTEE on 22-04-2014 on all three major issues.
