Update of Filing the case for ACP to Helpers

ARTEE Central Office today (29-09-2014) discussed the  OA prepared with Sh. Yogesh Sharma,  Advocate, for filing Case for Generalizing ACP Benefit to Helpers. Hopefully it will be filed in this week. Meanwhile we received information  that some people are asking Helper brothers for Money to file the Case. We once again caution about such efforts. Central Office is determined to take up this case with determination.
