and 10 Others in which the Personal Appearance of Under Secy. and DG(AIR)
was ordered on 10/9/14 is listed at Sr.No. 27 on 01/12/14, in Court 2 of
Principle Bench CAT Delhi. DG(AIR) has sent the proposal to Ministry on
31/10/14. This OA has become very important and Similarity with PATNA ACP
Applicants.
