Today at 15:30 President received one of
the derogatory letters of recent times. As we have been highlighting the
menace of filing Individual cases for petty benefits, without knowing the
inherent risks of causing big damages to our main demands and multiple
cadres. In a case filed by two Individuals for a small benefit, Ministry
informed its earlier stand of merging all EAs and SEAs in the Grade Pay
4200. On this basis DG (AIR) issued an order generalizing it for all EAs
and SEAs. It is done to sabotage our demands of ACP PATNA, One Cadre One
Pay and Pay Parity of Tech with Lighting Assistant.
It shall affect all of our cadres in the worst manner. It is totally
unacceptable and ARTEE immediately swung into action and met authorities
with a strong representation. ARTEE threaten in clear manner to launch
Agitation. Authorities assured for the corrective measure.
We recall the same move by the Management thwarted in 2012 through email
drive which resulted in jamming email ID of Hon’ble Minister of I&B and
the management’s move was stopped.
We call all ARTEE Members to be prepared for agitation if it is not
stopped. Similar order is given to our sister association ADTEA also.
