The Case (O.A.
No.4012/2014) filed by ARTEE for
the Generalization of benefit of OA 1742 and 1743/2004 for the grand of scale of Rs. 6500-10500
(pre-revised) to all eligible EAs came up for hearing today (13-11-2014)
in CAT Delhi.
Our Advocate argued that DG (AIR),the Cadre Controlling Authority and
Prasar Bharati, already approved it and sent the proposal to the Hon’ble
Ministry of I & B.
After hearing arguments Hon’ble Court directed the respondents to extend the
benefit in a period of two months from the date of receiving of the
judgment.
As per
the instruction from ARTEE President, Sh. Yogesh Kumar ,Vice-President
(TV) and Sh.Rajesh Kumar Gautam, Additional General Secretary were present
in the Court,
Meanwhile Proposal for Generalization by DG(AIR) and the Prasar Bharati
Board has been put up in the Hon’ble Ministry of I & B.
Central Office has been pursuing the issue with all possible means and we
are confident that we shall succeed.
