Speaking order in the issue of ACP to Helpers

DG(AIR) has issued a speaking order in an Individual case filed by some Helpers saying the same thing which was communicated in DG (DD) Office Council Meeting on 11/11/14. We shall consult our Advocate  for further course of action in this issue.
