Hon'ble Ministry of Law has clearly advised the Ministry of I&B that the
scales granted as per the executive order of Ministry of I&B dated
25/02/1999, can not be impacted by the Amendment in Section 11 of Prasar
Bharati Act. We have submitted a copy of the Advise of Law Ministry
obtained under RTI Act by Sh. Joseph Martin C J
