After the
Meeting with CEO on 22/4/2014, Central Office is pursuing the matter in
the most sincere manner without bothering the negative criticism. The update
on the issue is given below
The Proposal is ready and being scrutinized in EPM Section. Our efforts
are that the proposal is put-up and sent to Prasar Bharati as soon as
possible. Meanwhile some individuals filed case, OA No. 1861/2014 for the
same in Principle Bench CAT Delhi. As per information DG (AIR) handed over
a letter to Sh. Ashok Yadav (Main Applicant) that since he has approached
Court of law so the matter is subjudice.

For Central Office all issues are equal importance and the Proposals are
being prepared in the order of agenda Items in the
Meeting with CEO on 22/4/2014. We also appeal to all the Members to have
patience. Even after approval from various levels, things shall move only
when proposals are prepared by DG(AIR) and processed. This is what we are
pursuing. We are trying our best in getting all three proposals sent
to the Hon’ble Ministry of I & B after the approval of DG(AIR) and Prasar
Bharati.
