Update on Helpers ACP Issue

   In Helper ACP  Case, the Government filed a Review Petition in CAT Delhi. Meanwhile, the Applicants of OA 1946/2012, for whom the Verdict is implemented have filed the Contempt Petition, against the Non Payment of Arrears.   Next Date of  Review Petition and the Contempt Petition is on 05- 01- 2015. ARTEE Central Office is also planning to file a Contempt Petition on January  2015 ,in the OA 3607/2014, in which ARTEE got  the Favorable Judgement.
