Civil Suite Against A.R.T.E.E - Early Hearing Application

The early hearing application filed by Sh. Kuldeep Bhan, on the basis of the Power of Attorney by Sh. Prokash Chakraborty, in the Civil Suite filed by him against ARTEE, came up for hearing in Hon'ble High Court Delhi today (09-12-2014). The Hon'ble Justice rejected the application for early hearing and retain earlier date i.e. 10th Feb 2015.

Hon'ble Court also fixed date as per today's application on 13th Feb 2015.
