President ARTEE Met CEO,Prasar Bharati, on 21-01-2014 and demanded quick implementation of Hon’ble Sup. Court verdict in One Cadre One Pay issue after the dismissal of Govt. Rev. Petition and Generalization of ACP as per CAT verdict of Patna, upheld by Hon’ble Supreme Court.

           CEO agreed to our demand and immediately instructed Sh. Y.K.Singh, DDG(E) &GM (Personal), Prasar Bharati and Sh. Arvind Kumar, Director (A) Prasar Bharati  to examine the issues and to prepare a proposal in consultation with Legal and Finance Deptt.

         ARTEE President also presented ARTEE’s view  about EA -SEA merger and demanded that EA - SEA Merger should be in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/, since after the implementation of Hon’ble Sup. Court verdict on One Cadre One Pay, there will not be any Engineering Assistant in the Grade Pay of 4200 (i.e. pre-revised scale of Rs.5000-8000). CEO asked to look into this issue also.
