UPDATE ON 5K (EA) CASE

The M.A./680/2014 in OA 1743/2004 (5K EA Case) was listed today (04-03-2014), in Principal Bench of Delhi CAT, Court No. 2 (item no. 20).    In today's hearing, the Court issued notice to the Government.

Next hearing is on 31-03-2014.

Earlier on 21-02-2014, in the Contempt Petition,CP 494/2011 in OA. 1742/2004 (5K EA Main Case), the Court had issued notice to the Government and the next hearing was scheduled on 31-03-2014.         Now both the Petitions are clubbed.
