Today on 31st March 2014 the contempt in
EA(5K) Cases was listed in Principle Bench Delhi. Govt. Counsel appeared
and informed Hon'ble Court that file is sent to Law Ministry for their
opinion. Govt. sought Six Weeks time to implement. Next Date 13th May 2014 |
