EA (5k) Case: Government informed the Court, that
after getting the approval from Law Ministry , now the file
sent to Department of Expenditure and they are implementing the order.
Court directed to issue Contempt Notice to Respondents and asked them to
submit an affidavit.
Next date of hearing is
28-10-2014.
