UPDATE ON 5K EA CASE

The contempt petition CP 494/2011 (5K EA Case, Main OA 1742/2004) is  being reopened in Honb'l Delhi CAT, most probably on 13-02-2014. ARTEE have engaged a  prominent lawyer of Delhi CAT Mr. Yogesh Sharma for this case. We expect that, court will issue notice to the authorities on 13-02-2014 . Central office is seriously doing all possible efforts for the early implementation of all court verdicts.
