As per information received from PATNA sources, the OA for grant of ACP from Date of Joining is disposed on 31st JAN 2014 in PATNA CAT. The Outcome is positive for employees .Order is expected  after 15th of Feb as the Bench of CAT has gone to  RANCHI for two weeks.

          As per our sources, Prasar Bharati is sending file to DG AIR for   Generalizing PATNA ACP, with the instructions to issue letter to calculate Financial Implications of Generalizing ACP.
