Congratulations- Writ Petition of Government  Dismissed in Hon'ble High Court,  Patna

As per the information received from our Advocate Sh. Abhinav Srivastava, Patna, the Writ Petition No. CWJC-1869 / 2015 filed by Government in  Hon'ble High Court, Patna to challenge the ACP PATNA Verdict is DISMISSED on hearing of Interlocutory Application 2918/2015 filed by ARTEE for Intervention in the litigation. It was not expected to come on hearing today, and a date for hearing was expected.

Congratulation for keeping faith in ARTEE, as it has foiled Government  plan to linger on and delay it. Now the Implementation of ACP will gain further momentum.
