Update on EA (5K) Contempt Hearing in CAT Delhi

EA (5K) Contempt Case CP. 227 / 2015 in OA 4012 / 2014 came up for hearing today (27.08.15) in Court No. 3 of CAT Delhi. Government  filed reply and informed the Court about the progress.

After hearing the Hon'ble Court give Six weeks time. Next Date of Hearing is on 13.10.2015.
