Hearing in Tech vs Lighting Assistant Case

As per information, there are positive arguments in hearing of the case filed by Sh. Ashok Yadav and Others for pay parity to Technicians with Lighting Assistants in the scale of Rs. 5000-8000 (pre revised). Department  filed the same reply which they gave us, as speaking order in the case filed by ARTEE. Decision is pending and shall be delivered in a week or so. We welcome this development and in case of a positive verdict it will strengthen the cause. We are also going to challenge the speaking order issued in our case OA No. 4424/2014 for the same cause.
