Hearing of Review Petition in Helper ACP Case

As informed earlier, DG DD has filed a Review Petition in CAT Delhi against  its earlier decision in OA 1949/2012, (Rishi Raj & Others) , granting ACP to Helpers in the scale of Technicians.

      The Date of this Review Petition was scheduled  on 23.02.2015. The hearing could not take place, because at present the Bench is not in succession and as per judicial system the Review Petition is to be heard by the same bench who gave the verdict.

      Next Date will be informed as and when the information is received.
