Hearing of Contempt  Petition CP No. 227/2015 in EA(5k) Generalization Case, OA 4012 / 2015

The Contempt Petition CP No. 227 / 2015 came up for hearing today (13.05.2015) in CAT Delhi. Government  Advocate sought 6 weeks times after vacations and they asked some information from DG(AIR). Next Date is on 13th August 2015.
