Hearing in  Tech(4K) Case in CAT Kolkata

4K Technician Court Case at Kolkata CAT, OA. No. 1551 / 2014, came up for hearing today (16.01.2015). Government Pleader was present in the Court, but the reply was not filed by the Government. Judgement may pronounce on 10.02.2015, if the Government  again fails to submit their reply.

S/S, Amit Barua, Manas Pramanick & Haru Sil were present in the Court along with Zonal representatives of East Zone and Unit Secretary,All India Radio, Kokatha
