[1]. Reporting Centre
will be setup in Akashwani, Dayanand Marg, Allahabad, which is just 1 Km
from Allahabad Junction Railway Station.
[2]. All delegates coming to attend National Convention are requested to
reach Reporting Centre through private conveyance like Auto or
Rickshaw available at Railway Station.
[3]. Registration and allotment of accommodation will be done in Akashwani
Allahabad.
[4]. Accommodation will be available from 19.11.15(AN) to 21.11.15(FN).
All delegates have to check out before 11:00 hrs on 21.11.2015.
[5]. All delegates are required to maintain discipline and decorum of the
house and function.
[6]. This is our own function and all delegates are expected to cooperate
with Organizers as they are doing a service to the Organization
voluntarily.
