ARTEE's Meeting with Principle Account Officer on MACP Recovery Issue |

ARTEE leadership comprising
of President, Addl.Gen.Secy, VP(TV) and Secy(AE) , had a detailed meeting
with Sh. Vinod Kumar Chobey, Principle Account Officer, Hon'ble Ministry
of I & B on the issue of Recovery of MACP, due to treating 25.02.1999
scales as an Upgradation while granting MACP. ARTEE explained the issue in
detail including absolute Stay Order by Hon'ble CAT in OA 2479/2015.
PAO expressed his serious concern and talked to ADG(B&A) , Prasar Bharati
and advised to have a meeting. ARTEE submitted a memorandum. Central Office.
