Update on Progress on the Implementation of ACP PATNA

     After submission of suggestions by ARTEE on 06.07.2015, it is reported that our letter was put up and decision of implementation of ACP for EAs and SEAs in Zones is taken. The DPC will be conducted in Zones and the List will be sent to DG (AIR) for Approval. Letter is likely to be issued in the next week.

Already work of checking data of AEs like CRs and Vigilance clearances is started.

It is also known from reliable sources that DG (AIR) may submit a letter or Affidavit in Court that they have decided to implement ACP for all EAs, SEAs and AEs as per CAT Verdict PATNA in next two to three months. The work of constituting the committee is also in progress.

We are pleased that implementation is on right track. The fruits of Unity and hard work are on the way.
