Update of Tech(4K) and Tech vs LA  issue

In the Case OA 1575/2015, for pre revised scale of Rs. 4500-7000 to Tech joined between 25.02.1999 to 05.10.2007, hearing took place in CAT Delhi on 04.09.2015. Next Date of hearing is on  18.11.2015.

The file of OA 1861/2014, (Ashok Yadav and Ors)  is sent to Department  of Legal Affairs for their opinion. The OA 4424/2014 filed by ARTEE for all Tech working in the scale of Rs. 4500-7000 is also linked with this and in the speaking order by DG (AIR) it was mentioned clearly.
