In the hearing of CS(OS)
2052/2015 by Sh. Ashwani Dagar Case in Delhi HC on 11.12.2015, after
arguments Hon'ble Court transferred the Civil Suit to Patiala House
Court (Lower Court) due to the new evaluation system of Suits. As per new
evaluation system Hon'ble High Courts can hear Suits of the value of Rs.
2,00,00,000 Crores and above only.
