Hon'ble CAT Granted Stay in OA 2279/2015 Filed by ARTEE

Hon'ble CAT Delhi in hearing of OA 2479/2015 filed by ARTEE, today (13.07.15)  granted stay about any Action / Order in compliance of impugned order dated 08/09/14 by Hon'ble Ministry of  I & B. Court also issued Notices to Respondents including Hon'ble Secretary (DOPT) and Principle Accounts Officer, MIB.

Court Order shall be available in few days. We shall publish a detailed Report on the Events took place on the issue.
