In ACP hearing, Our
Advocates argued as per speaking order of Govt. EAs as on 01/01/96 have
not availed upgradation so benefit may b extended to them. Court asked
Govt. to file Rejoinder about it. Next date 21/01/16. Good thing, the
speaking order of Govt. is brought back in discussion. Govt. motive of
finishing all cases through a speaking order id also failed as today 4
contempts CP 396/2014 in OA 854/2014 Y.p.SINGH 7 ORS., CP 560/2014 in OA
51/2014, CP 35/2015 in OA 2591/2013 & CP 443/2015 in OA 4191/2014 are
revived.
Alongwith these Contempts 3 MAs 1291/2014 in OA 757/2013 , MA 2268/2015 in
OA 3106/2014 Manoj Gupta and MA 2839/2015 in OA 1142/2014 are revived.
It is indeed a good sign and Govt. counsel was asked to submit a
rejoinder. Wwhen some thing negative happens Blame is put on ARTEE even
for debacle in Individual cases. Last time we were questioned even for
selection of Advocate but today same Advocate argued and brought it back.
Slowly but certainly a consensus is developing that it has to be
implemented. Already it is established that a there is no difference
between us and the Original Applicants of ACP PATNA.
We must understand that we all are sailing in same boat. Ou first prior
eshould be let it be implemented for some people first. When we were
trying to get OA 757/2014 implemented we were working on same lines but it
was made a political issue that we are working on our case only.
Today after hearing I met some officers and updated about today's hearing
Central Office.
