ARTEE and PSA Leaders held
a meeting with Joint Secy. (B-II) Sh. PuneetKansal, in Hon’ble Ministry of
I& B in the light of Protest March of 16.12.15.
JS(B-II) informed that Ministry has already taken a stand on it and issued
relevant letters to keep the recoveries in abeyance.
Leadership informed that despite the order by Ministry of I&B, Pay and
Account Offices are recovering the huge amount from retiring employees and and
requested that a fresh letter for compliance should be issued
to PAOs by MIB.
On ACP PATNA, Leadership informed that all people who got the ACP as per
CAT PATNA Verdict have been also enjoying the benefit of upgraded pay
scales as per 25.02.1999 and some of them had even signed the undertaking also.
We pressed upon to implement the ACP PATNA as it is implemented for
the Applicants by withdrawing the so called upgraded pay scales.
J.S. (B-II) asked to give detailed input to Dy.Secy. BA(E), Sh. Ajay Joshi
and U.S BA(E) ,Sh. Sanjay Dhar. After this an hour long meeting was held
with Dy.Secy and Under Secy. The Other issues like Tech vs LA Pay Parity ,
Tech(4K) and Helper ACP also discussed.
Dy.Sec. agreed to issue reminder to PAO and asked to give a letter for the
same.
Since the negotiations are on positive side, we have decided to postpone
the proposed Protest March from Mandi House to JantarMantar on 16.12.2015.
