Hearing of MA in OA
4249/2014 for Generalization of ACP PATNA for all ARTEE Members came up
for hearing in CAT Delhi today the 09.09.15. Government filed an MA
and sought six months time to implement for all. We have to file a
Rejoinder to demand immediate implementation . Next date of hearing
is on 24.09.15.
