The mistake of
misinterpretation of the verdict of CAT PATNA in OA 514/2002 is corrected
when DG(AIR) issued a correct order to grant ACP from Date of Joining
instead of granting it from 01.01.1996 to Sh. H.K.Mishra, Sh. Sudhanshu
Kumar and Sh. Manoranjan Kumar.
This is another welcome development which came at a time when
Generalization of ACP is progressing and it will further make
implementation process more clear.
