The MA 2404/2015 filed
by ARTEE to challenge the speaking order issued in OA 4249/2014 to extend
ACP benefit to all eligible EA-SEA-AE who are Members of ARTEE came up for
hearing in CAT Delhi today the 24.09.15. Hon’ble CAT refused to grant Six
Months time requested by the department to implement and
asked the department to implement up to 14th Oct 2015.
Next Date of Hearing is
14th Oct 2015.
This is another welcome development in the process of Generalization.
