MA by Government  in OA 757/2013

MA 2552/2015 filed by Government  to request  Six Months time in OA 757/2013 and MA 2267/2015 filed by Applicants came up for hearing  today(28.09.15). Hon'ble CAT dismissed Government 's MA and asked to implement it up to 29/10/2015.
