In hearing of Contempt and
MA filed in Cases for grant of ACP PATNA, Hon'ble Court, after
strong arguments by Advocates refused to dispose contempt
petition and asked Department to file Rejoinder. Next Date is 14th Dec
2015.
Today's hearing is an indication that Department has not been given free
hand to do whatever they want and in ACP PATNA everything is not finished
despite focused negative intentions of our enemies. Against the enemies of
ACP, we all ARTEE Members are One and we will fight with the spirit of
UNITY.
The Back stabbing by our own officers will be on record and ARTEE will
deal with it accordingly on appropriate time, platform and occasion.
The fight of ACP has become long but not over.
We believe that, in our department without ARTEE no fight can even be
fought on common issues, forget about winning,
Central Office.
