The MA 2096/2015 filed
by ARTEE to challenge the Speaking Order issued by DG(AIR) came up for
hearing today (28.09.15). Government Advocate informed that he has
not received the copy of MA. The Copy is given by hand in the Court
itself. Next Date of hearing is 05.11.2015.
