Hearing in CS (OS) 2052/2015 filed by Sh. Ashwani Dagar for injunction of
present Election and to conduct Election as per previous bylaws of
2013.The hearing on Interim Relief Prayer in above mentioned suite held in
Hon’ble Delhi High Court today on 11.09.2015. After detailed arguments it
seems Hon’ble Court asked to call General Body Meeting in a period of two
months and to take approval of Amended bylaws. Till that time present
Election is stayed.
Detailed report shall be published after pronouncement of Court Order.
