In
today’s hearing for ACP PATNA in CAT Delhi, the Hon’ble Court directed the
department to implement all Court Cases.
The issue of Writ Petition in the Hon’ble High Court of Patna also
discussed. Our Advocate argued that earlier the Department has
implemented ACP for the Members of an Association, subjected
to the outcome of the Review Petition, when the Review Petition was
pending in Same Hon’ble High Court of Patna.
Hon’ble Justice accepted the argument and instructed the department to
implement all Court Cases. It is pertinent to mention that ARTEE has also
filed a case for all eligible EAs, SEAs & AEs.
The issue of Speaking Orders also discussed with the department, and it
was assured by the competent Authority that, no further speaking order
will be issued.
We welcome today’s development, as this will take the implementation
forward.
