The OA 2479/2015 in the issue of Recovery due to treating 25/02/1999
scales as an Upgradation while granting MACP came up for hearing in CAT
Delhi today the 27.07.15. Respondents asked time for filing reply.
The Hon'ble Court converted the Interim Stay into a Stay till the disposal
of this OA. Next Date of Hearing is 24.09.15.
(2). The MA 2404/2015 filed by ARTEE to challenge the Speaking Order
issued in OA 4429/2014 for grant of ACP as per CAT verdict Patna to All
ARTEE Members came up for hearing in CAT Delhi today the 27.07.15. In the
speaking Order Department said that the claim of ACP PATNA to all
ARTEE Members will be considered as per the outcome of Writ Petition CWJC
1869/2015 filed by the Department in Hon'ble High Court PATNA to challenge
the CAT verdict PATNA in OA 514. As we all are aware,the CWJC
1869/2015 is dismissed on 12th may 2015. Notices issued to Respondents to
file Reply. Next Date of Hearing is 24.09.15.
