Update on EA(5K) Generalization - Contempt Petition in CAT Delhi |

Today (08.04.2015), the Contempt Petition ( CP.No. 227 / 2015 ) filed by ARTEE in 5K EA Generalization Case ( OA.4012/2014) was listed for admission in Delhi CAT in Court No. 2. The Case admitted and the next date of hearing as per CAT Web site is on 13.05.2015 The file for Generalization is already cleared by the Department of Legal Affairs (DOLA) and likely to be sent to Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance for approval .
