Update on IA Filed by ARTEE to Intervene in ACP PATNA |

As per information, Assistant Solicitor General (ASG) of Hon'ble High
Court Patna has allowed the IA 2918/2015 filed by ARTEE to intervene in
Writ Petition 1869/2015. The IA is now sent for hearing. Date will be
known soon.
