Urgent  Feedback  Required About MACP Recovery

As we are all  aware, the Hon'ble CAT Delhi has imposed stay on the Recovery due to treating 25.02.1999 scales as an UPGRADATION while granting MACP in OA 2479/2015 filed by ARTEE for all our Members. But still we are receiving information that various PAOs are deducting the payments from retiring Employees every month. Please  send details of such ARTEE Members with the letter provided by PAOs.
