As informed earlier, ARTEE
President had meetings with Member (P)and CEO on issues. The gist of
discussion is given below:
[1]. ACP PATNA : Member (P) assured to consider the proposal of Granting
ACP PATNA after withdrawing 25/2/99 scales on opting to withdraw it on
Individual basis for grant of ACP as per CAT PATNA. He further deputed Sh.
Jitendra Kumar , Consultant for further discussion. This will also solve
the issue of Recovery due to 25/2/1999 scales. It is pertinent to mention
that ACP PATNA is implemented for Applicants by applying similar
procedure.
[2]. Tech vs LA Pay Parity in 5000-8000 scale : Member (P) asked Sh.
Jitendra to explore the possibilities of implementing it.
[3]. Member(P) and CEO also assured to give due consideration to other
demands also.
