(1). Tech (4K) Case filed by ARTEE
is likely to be listed on Monday (27.04.15), or in Next Week. It will be
known tomorrow evening, when the Cause List of CAT Delhi for Monday shall
be published.
(2). Today visited Hon'ble Ministry of I & B for
(2a) : EA(5K) Generalization : Hon'ble MIB has asked
some more information from DG(AIR). We have seen the query. Efforts
will be on to send the reply as quickly as possible. Wehave spoken
to ADG (Admin), AIR about this matter.
(2b) : File for Recovery due to considering 25.02.1999
Scales as Upgradation : File is with consultant, and all efforts are being
done to send it to DOPT in the next week.
(3). ACP PATNA : The IA 2918/2015 was mentioned on 21.04.15 and Assistant
Solicitor General has been informed and it was allowed. Now It shall
appear in the Order of Petition which shall be known in next two three
days, and accordingly it will be listed on a particular date.
(4). Tech vs LA Pay Parity issue : A legal opinion is being sought after
the verdict in Case filed by Sh. Ashok Yadav and Ors.
(5). Cadre Review Exercise is reaching to conclusion. Final Meeting likely
to be held soon.
