It is heard that the Scale Granted to Engg.Asstts. and Sr.Engg.Asstts since 01-01-1978 are being downgraded from Grade Pay 4600 to 4200. We request you to stop this Gross Injustice which will Subsequently effect 27 Cadres and 15000+ employees. It will create many anoamalies, Recoveries and will spoil our Career.
