Attention Members, Unit Secretaries

| All Unit Secretaries are requested to send the M-Form, duly filled, to
the General Secretary, at PO Box No.422, New Delhi 110001, latest by 20/04/2008.
It is not necessary to send the M Form if it is already send and no additions/
deletions in that list. Modifications if any, should also be communicated
within the stipulated time. This should be taken utmost priority to ensure
that units are getting the ballots for all the members. Xerox copies, type
written and hand written copies also can be used. All existing Annual members are requested to approach Central Office with the proof of their membership (receipt issued by Central HQ.) for Year 1st April'07 to 31st Mar'08 and subscription Rs. 100/- (One hundred only) for the year starting from 1st April'08 for renewing their membership upto 20th April'08.
