We hear that a favourable judgement has been delievered in principal bench CAT, Delhi in the court case regarding upgraded grade pay of Rs. 5400 to AE's with more then 4 years of service.

The position will be confirmed on receipt of copies of judgment.

ARTEE had expressed its support for the cause in the meeting held on 29th July in DDK, Delhi.

As of now we will take it up at appropriate levels in Ministry of I & B to get the same implemented.

If situation arrises, we will contest till a final favourable decision is implemented.
