One Cadre One Pay Contempt Case Hearing in Principal Bench, CAT Delhi

The EA 5K Contempt Case came up for hearing in Principal Bench CAT Delhi today, 31/10/2011. Govt. Counsel argued that review petition filed by the Govt. is pending in Hon'ble Supreme Court. CAT asked Government to file an application in Hob'ble Supreme Court to take early decision on Review Petition. Next date of hearing is 22nd, November 2011.

Sh. Umesh Chandra, President , Sh. Mahendra Singh Rana(Applicant) and few EA(5K) were present in the court.
